Nutrition consultation encompasses the foundations of functional medicine and clinical nutrition strategies to address the underlying cause of disease and restore the body's natural state of health. Consultations can be booked as individual sessions so you can work at your own pace or in packages to offer more comprehensive support.


Clients walk away from a health consultation with;

  • Supportive handouts, educational materials and meal plans

All clients are emailed a comprehensive consultations overview that contains a recap of our session, along with individualized recommendations and a step by step health plan to follow in between sessions.
